This is one of our best stops between road trips. Jay and Josh at the front desk were absolutely wonderful! Thanks so much! Ron at the breakfast bar, he was awesome, so entertaining and cooks a awesome breakfast! We will be back! Thanks Nicole for a speedy check out, everyone was so nice! Thank you

Can't say enough good things about the staff here. From the time we arrived at 6pm traveling allday w 4 kids, Jay went above & beyond to make sure that our family had enough space in the room getting a rollaway bed & extra towels. She has the perfect sunny personality u want to see at the front desk. E.thing we asked her she happily took care of. Then in the morning before leaving we of course went to the amazing b.fast which had bacon, chopped steak, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, fruits, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, bagels, juices & milk. Literally e.thing b.fast they had! As we ate b.fast I couldn't help but notice Ron who made sure to speak with every single person that came to b.fast & he put a smile on everyone's face, making kids laugh & adults. He has got the best personality & is so warm & welcoming & is the best b.fast attendant I've ever come across in a hotel. He was prompt w wiping tables & mopping messes up & spot cleaning as he went along making every guest laugh. We were so happy to have found such a great hotel w great people working there that seem to really enjoy what they do & really enjoy & respect their fellow employees also. 😀 Thank you to everyone at this Holiday Inn, u r all providing top notch service!

The hotel was convenient to local attractions there in Indianapolis. The staff were accommodating to our needs as best they could. The room was clean but the HVAC unit in the room was extremely too loud. During our stay one of the elevators was not working.. overall the stay was good.
